Hosting and server log files

This site is hosted by a web hosting provider. When you visit it, the web server processes technically necessary data sent by your browser and stores it in log files:

• IP address
• date and time of access
• page or file requested
• referrer URL (the page you came from)
• browser type, operating system and browser version

This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in delivering the site and keeping it secure and stable. The log files are deleted automatically after the period set by the hosting provider. I do not analyse them myself.

External links

The site links to GitHub (downloads, source code, bug reports) and to the BlitzForum. Data is only transferred to these providers once you follow such a link; their privacy policies apply from then on.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to

• access the data stored about you (Art. 15),
• rectification (Art. 16) and erasure (Art. 17),
• restriction of processing (Art. 18),
• data portability (Art. 20),
• object to processing (Art. 21).

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the one where you live. Please send requests concerning your rights to mail@farbfinsternis.tv.
